Two workmen arrive on top of the span, to connect the
four slings that will lift this plate girder span off its piers.
This is the first time these slings have been used for a heavy lift.
Unfortunately, the time available for this job is limited,
and the A-frame has yet to be moved into position.
The time is about ¼ hour after high tide.
