The barge is getting under way, taking advantage of the slack water interval at
high tide to move eastward to a new location. The slack water time is preferred
for barge movements, which are much easier to control when tidal currents are
minimal, especially for this move toward the east, across the north-south river
current. The excavator has just finished lifting a spud leg upward.
